Should be served with chilled raw vegetable pieces... cucumber and carrot
sticks, button mushrooms, cauliflower florets, etc. etc
Combine in bowl and chill at least 3 hours
400g (14oz) plain yoghurt
250g (9oz) well matured Cheddar cheese,
grated 2 teaspoons prepared English mustard
8 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
8 teaspoons finely chopped chives
1 teaspoon each paprika and lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
*It can also be folded into small chilled inner lettuce leaves, and eaten with thin slices of buttered toast.
